Labyrinth Physical Therapy & Wellness is a private practice physical therapy clinic with the mission of providing quick and easy access to specialized researched based care for those suffering from dizziness, concussion, and neurological conditions. 

Christina Garrity is a Board Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist in Physical Therapist with advanced training in the treatment of vestibular dysfunction, concussion, and rehabilitation of neurological disorders. She provides an array of interventions to effectively treat various causes of dizziness. In the clinic she also provides harness supported high intensity gait training and functional strength training to improve mobility, walking speed, and balance. Every session is one on one and created by Dr. Garrity to specifically address each client's needs.

We completed a complete interior renovation for Feazel’s new 6,300 square foot Dayton office.  The office is located at 1385 Research Park Drive in Beavercreek.

We recently completed the design/build second addition to the Rose Precision Machine facility on Byers Road in Miamisburg (Miami Township), Ohio using and American Building pre-engineered industrial structure.

Rose Precision Machine, formerly Rose Grinding and Manufacturing Co, is a tool and die shop serving the automotive, consumer goods, aerospace, medical, and machine tool industries.  Rose provides accurate and cost effective machining services with fast turnaround for prototype, one off, and short run production work in a variety of metals, plastics, and ceramics.  Rose recently acquired machinery and assets of a closed Dayton area shop.

Class 101 of Dayton South, owned by Karen and Tony DeRosa, has been a great success. They originally leased space in our Richards Run Business Park in 2018, doubled the size of their space in 2019 and purchased the entire building earlier this year.

Class 101 provides families with expert guidance for students’ college searches and preparation, admissions, financial aid, and scholarship applications with personalized services that cut through the confusion of applying to college. Class 101 supports high school students in the steps necessary to achieve their goals in a cost-effective manner as part of the nation’s largest network of college planners. At the Springboro location, seniors have achieved a 92% acceptance rate to schools including the University of North Carolina, Case Western Reserve University, Baylor University, Boston University, Washington University of St. Louis, Loyola Chicago, The Ohio State University, Miami University, Indiana University, University of Dayton, University of Cincinnati, and many more, and these students have averaged more than $200,000 in merit scholarship offers. On April 15, City Wide Maintenance of Cincinnati and Dayton took the opportunity to say thank you to our first responders in Montgomery County.  They offered the opportunity for all police and EMS to bring their vehicles to the Omni Office Center and have them disinfected through Electrostatic Disinfecting. This is a service they have always offered to their clients, but right now it has become a valuable tool in combating COVID-19.

We recently completed an interior construction for a unique new year-round preschool education for the McNerney family. This program "is designed to create innovative thinkers by exposing students to the design-thinking process and innovative learning experiences" while they are students at EICK. The program simultaneously meets Ohio's early learning standards.
